OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

Full Time Volunteer Staff work for 14 hours in exchange for a free Basic Event Ticket. Part Time Volunteer Staff work for 7 hours for a half-price Basic Event Ticket.
If you have not bought your New Year'e Event ticket by Dec 1st, you will not have the lower hotel rate even if you made a reservation in advdance as a conventioneer.
So your volunteer status needs to be confirmed with us by December 1st.
Otherwise your hotel rate will be $299 or more depending on the hotel you are staying.
Only STAFF or event guests can have the lower rate.

For all tickets, there is no refund. All sales are final.
Price does not include hotel and transportation.
